Tammy Gooler Loeb began her coaching and consulting practice in 1991 following a successful career in mental health services, higher education administration, public policy analysis, and fundraising. Her practical knowledge and experience in organizational development, program management and service businesses give her unique insight into the challenges facing organizations and individuals seeking to reach higher performance levels.
Tammy holds a B. A. in Psychology from Hampshire College and a M.B.A. from Boston University. She attained her coaching certification from The Coaches Training Institute earning the C.P.C.C. designation as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. Tammy is certified to administer the Genos Emotional Intelligence 360 Assessment and is an Educator and a certified Platinum Partner with the Motivation Factor Program. In 2008, she was recognized by the readers of Boston Women’s Business as One of the Top 10 Executive Coaches in the Boston area.
