Mac Tip: Save Battery Life on Your iPad

If you are traveling and need to conserve your iPad battery until you are able to charge it up, a quick fix is to adjust the brightness of your screen which is a huge drain on your battery.

To adjust the setting:

1. Select Settings
2. Select Brightness & Wallpaper
3. To lower the auto-brightness, drag the scroll bar to the left

Adjusting the brightness also helps if you are reading in bed and don’t want to disturb your partner.
