My Fitness PalMy goal for 2012 was to get Physically Fit. I joined the local gym and have made a conscious effort to make time for exercise and strength training. I can’t tell you how great I am feeling and am well on my way to my goal weight.

To keep me on track, I downloaded the app for MyFitnessPal. Everyday I journal my exercise for the day as well as the food I have eaten. The database of food contains over 1,741,000 items and it is certainly eye opening once you read the calorie and fat intake of foods.
