Excel Tip: Quickly Enter the Date and/or Time

Want a way to quickly enter today’s date?  Press Control + ; (Ctrl and semicolon simultaneously).

Now if you also need to enter the time just press Control + Shift + : (Ctrl, shift, colon simultaneously). Another way to get the most of those keyboard shortcuts.
