DrPic.com is a free online picture editor. All you need to do is upload a picture from your computer or camera and allow DrPic to resize, crop, rotate, adjust the brightness and contrast of your picture automatically and you can also apply some special effects. When you are done, just choose your format (jpg, bmp, gif, png) and then save to disk.
