My Favorite Things: Dymo LabelWriter

The Dymo LabelWriter is another one of my favorite office tools. If you find yourself either handwriting envelopes or printing out one label at a time on a full sheet of labels making sure you typed in the right space, then the Dymo LabelWriter Printer is for you. There are a two models, the Dymo LabelWriter Turbo 400 and the LabelWriter Twin Turbo. The difference is the Dymo LabelWriter Turbo 400 holds one spool of labels where the LabelWriter Twin Dymo holds two spools which is perfect if you have a stamps.com account. You can have one side use regular size labels and the other size using the label approved by stamps.com.

The LabelWriter is ideal for creating labels for envelopes, packages, file folders, barcodes, and even postage stamps. The printer is connected to your computer via USB and prints directly from most office-oriented programs, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, WordPerfect, ACT! and more. It is incredibly fast, as well, able to print up to 55 labels at 300 dpi per minute. It also uses no ink or toner, making it a low-maintenance solution for all your label-printing needs. You just need to purchase the labels.
