I thought that, from time to time, I would share with you some of my favorite office supplies. Okay, so maybe they’re not the caliber of favorite things that Oprah shares with her viewers, but hopefully, my favorite things will make your work life a bit easier.
One favorite that I would like to share with you is the Pendaflex PileSmart QuickView Jackets by Esselte. These jackets are very similar to sheet protectors, but they open from the top and side and can store up to 150 sheets of paper. They are color-coded and there is a bottom tab for either writing or affixing a label to identify the jacket.
The reason why I love these so much is because they clear the clutter of paper off my desk and organizes it into a neat pile. They also keep all papers related to a particular project in one place.
I have a jacket for each of my clients with projects that are pending and one for my own projects, such as marketing, Website updates, etc. It’s just a great feeling when to walk into your office each morning and see an uncluttered desk.
