What Can THSS Do For Your Business? Database Management

This month, our focus is on Database Management Services.
- A client collects business cards all month long. At the end of the month, all collected business cards are mailed to the VA. The VA enters the data into the client’s database or email address book and returns the file to the client via email attachment.
- An insurance agent faxes new policy owner information to a VA. The VA enters the information into the client’s database and sends the database to the client via email attachment. The VA also prepares and mails a standard confirmation letter to the policy owner, tracks the annual expiration date of the policy, and sends a reminder email to the insurance agent right before the policy is due to renew.
- A client is preparing a direct mailing and needs to verify his database. The database is sent to the VA. The VA telephones each name and verifies name, spelling, title, and address. All corrections are made, old names are deleted, and new names are added. The corrected database is returned to the client via email attachment.
- A client is changing database software and needs to convert his databases. A VA can handle this conversion.
- A client is preparing a Nurture Marketing Campaign – the VA can flag the record with a date for mailing, sort the list by date, and mail the marketing materials to the contacts at the required time.
