You just received an email with multiple attachments and know there just has to be an easier way to save them simultaneously rather than saving each one individually. Well there is. . .Microsoft Outlook does allow you to do this in just four easy steps.
- Open the email containing the attachments
- From the pull-down menu in Outlook, click File – Save Attachments
- When the dialog box opens with the attachments listed, click OK
- Browse to the folder where you would like to save the files and click OK
Now how easy is that!
